The Regions Tradition is one of the most anticipated events of the year in Birmingham as the PGA Tour Champions comes to Greystone Country Club in Hoover to crown its first major winner of the season.

Just as anticipated as the actual event is the celebrity pro-am, which always features some of the biggest names in the South as the guest players who get to showcase their golf skills in a relaxed day with each other.

As is always the case, this year’s edition of the Drummond Company Celebrity Pro-Am is absolutely stacked to the brim with some big names.

Charles Barkley will make his return to the event, as will some of the biggest name coaches in the SEC.

Both Kalen DeBoer and Nate Oats will be in attendance, along with Alex Golesh and Steven Pearl, the four most significant coaches at the largest athletic programs in the state.

Ole Miss head coach Pete Golding and Georgia head coach Kirby Smart are also going to be playing, along with former Alabama quarterback and current Birmingham Stallions head coach AJ McCarron.

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) will be playing once again alongside SEC Network’s Paul Finebaum. As will former cyclist Lance Armstrong, Atlanta Braves legend Dale Murphy, and country music star Riley Green.

The pro-am will be held on Wednesday, April 29 before the start of the tournament the following day.
