Beyond the fairways, the Regions Tradition emphasizes local engagement. Dozens of local vendors were featured throughout the event, showcasing Alabama’s culinary and business communities. Inclusive elements, such as an adaptive golf clinic for individuals with disabilities, added further depth to the experience.
The tournament also delivers a major boost to the local economy. Organizers estimate the event generates more than $25 million annually in economic impact, benefiting small businesses, restaurants, hotels, and service industries across the Hoover area.
Now in its 32nd year, the Regions Tradition has raised over $24 million for Children’s of Alabama and other local charities, reinforcing its role as a philanthropic force in the state.
