Poarch Band Federal Services announce transitions and promotions

PCI Federal Services, a Poarch Band of Creek Indians-operated federal contracting enterprise, has announced some notable changes to its leadership.

“We’re thrilled to share some fantastic updates from PCI Federal Services,” the organization said on social media. “As we continue to grow and expand our services to the U.S. federal government and the Department of Defense, we’re also strengthening our team with key promotions and new roles.”

The organization works in conjunction with federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. The enterprise provides professional services/management consulting, aviation engineering, construction, strategic communications, manufacturing, and information technology.

The personnel changes are:

  • Jessica Black was promoted to Marketing Director, where she will oversee all of the organization’s marketing needs. Previously, Black worked with PCI Aviation as the Marketing Communications Manager, while also providing assistance and support to many other PCIFS LLCs.
  • Tabitha Cambell was promoted to Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Director and will lead all recruiting efforts for PCI Government Services/Integrated Federal Solutions. Campbell previously joined the PCIGS/IFS organization in early January of last year as the lead Recruiting Business Partner to work with the needs at PCIGS/IFS during the tremendous growth of 2023. She managed the recruiting and hiring efforts which resulted in a growth of 128 employees in one year.
  • Justin Stabler was promoted to Vice President of Operations for H2PCI, a jointly owned subsidiary of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and Hui Huliau (a Native Hawaiian organization). Previously, Stabler served as the Director of Special Projects for PCI Aviation. H2PCI has also experienced significant growth, thus demanding a full-time executive management of operations and business development support.
  • Heather Woodward transitioned to Human Resources Benefits/Employee Relations Manager leading all the organization’s employee benefits administration, HR records administration, and employee support needs. Woodward previously served as Benefits Administrator for PCI Federal Services.
