A theatrical evening experiencing Edgar Allan Poe will come alive the first weekend in November.
‘A Night of Poe’ will be presented on Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7 in the classic Capri Theater in Montgomery’s historic Cloverdale district, 1045 E. Fairview Avenue. Three 90-minute shows are both nights at 6, 8 and 10 p.m.
It is part immersive theater, live music, and theatrical storytelling – all the while sipping paired cocktails.
The trailer describes the presentation as:
“… a hauntingly immersive evening where Edgar Allan Poe’s most famous tales come alive. Over the course of a 90-minute journey, guests are drawn into Poe’s world of mystery, madness, and the macabre as actors, musicians, and performers weave together reimagined stories, atmospheric soundscapes, and immersive theatrical moments.”
Tickets are available for $65 each at: Night of Poe Montgomery: Cocktails & Live Show Tickets | Fever
Because of the themed cocktails, attendees must be 21 years old.
