Mo Brooks U.S. Senate campaign announces four upper-level staff hires

The U.S. Senate campaign of Congressman Mo Brooks (R-Huntsville) on Friday announced the hiring of four new upper-level staff positions.

Atlanta-based Trafalgar Group pollster Robert Cahaly has joined Brooks’ campaign as a senior advisor and pollster. According to the campaign, Cahaly is best known for his accurate projections in both the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections.

Speaking to his credentials as a pollster, the campaign noted that Cahaly correctly called the victories for the 2018 gubernatorial candidacies of Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and Brian Kemp (R-GA).

Strategic Perception’s Fred Davis will serve as the campaign’s media strategist. Brooks’ campaign in a release asserted Davis to be “one of the most creative ad makers in Republican politics.” Davis holds a winning track record in Alabama politics and has served in official campaign capacities for U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby (R-AL).

Stan Mcdonald, chairman of Brooks’ Senate campaign, indicated that the new staff additions will prove beneficial to the campaign’s success.

“These guys are the A-Team: Robert Cahaly understands the America-First agenda and the Trump voter better than anyone in the GOP today. And Fred Davis is simply the best ad man in the business,” proclaimed Mcdonald. “He knows how to win in Alabama. After being divided in 2017, Alabama Trump conservatives are now united and looking forward to electing President Trump’s pick, Mo Brooks, to the United States Senate.”

The campaign also announced the hiring of Ethan Elion, a veteran of Brooks’ 2017 U.S. Senate bid. Elion will serve as a senior advisor while focusing on digital strategy and voter contact.

Additionally, Forrest Barnwell-Hagemeyer has joined Brooks’ bid as campaign manager. Brooks’ campaign advised that the veteran Republican political operative had worked for multiple campaigns across the country. One of his most recent successes came during the victorious 2018 gubernatorial campaign of Gov. Bill Lee (R-TN).
