Look: Alabama making progress on construction of new basketball practice facility

The Alabama Crimson Tide men’s basketball program has been building a new practice facility in the same area as Coleman Coliseum over the course of the last year, and progress is really starting to be made.

In images shared across social media this week, it appears that the framing of the project is complete and construction progress is rapidly being made:

The project, which was approved just about a year ago, is expected to be completed before not this coming season but the following year, the 2026-27 season.

It includes an entirely new practice facility, locker room, coaches offices.

There was much debate about the construction of a new arena to replace Coleman Coliseum, however it seems Nate Oats preferred the new practice facility instead.

As Oats continues to bring the program to new heights, whatever he has in store next is going to be highly anticipated by Tide fans across the state.
