On Friday, U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks’ (R-Huntsville) campaign released its first radio ad of the campaign cycle, which features former President Donald Trump.
Trump endorsed Brooks earlier this year, which many had expected given the north Alabama lawmaker’s support for Trump’s challenge of the 2020 presidential election outcome.
The ad could boost awareness of the Trump endorsement for Brooks. A survey conducted earlier this year of likely Republican primary voters commissioned by Club for Growth PAC showed only 23% of respondents were aware Trump endorsed Brooks.
Transcript as follows:
TRUMP: Hi Alabama, this is your favorite President, Donald Trump. Few Republicans have as much COURAGE and FIGHT as Alabama Congressman Mo Brooks. A friend of mine. Mo is a great Conservative Republican leader, who fights for America First no matter what obstacles the Fake News Media, RINOs, or Socialist Democrats place in his path. And he knows how to fight.
Mo Brooks is pro-life, loves our Military and our Vets, protects our Second Amendment, combats the Biden open-border agenda, fights for voter integrity (like few others). I’m President Trump and MAGA Mo Brooks has my Complete and Total Endorsement for the U.S. Senate. MAGA Mo will never let you down! Vote for Mo Brooks.
BROOKS: This is Congressman Mo Brooks. Please join President Trump’s fight for America at MoBrooks.com. I approve this message paid for by Mo Brooks for Senate Committee.
