U.S. Rep. Barry Moore recently launched his first television ad, touting his endorsement from President Donald Trump, as the race for Alabama’s U.S. Senate seat heats up.

“Conservative Republican Barry Moore is Trump’s choice for U.S. Senate,” the ad opens, before quoting directly from the president’s January Truth Social post announcing his support of Moore (R-Enterprise).

“Trump calls Moore a ‘successful Businessman,’ an ‘America First Patriot,’ and a tireless fighter for Alabama. Trump says Moore will cut taxes, secure the border, stop migrant crime, strengthen our military, and defend our Second Amendment.”

“And, Trump calls Moore a ‘good friend,’ a ‘fighter,’ and a ‘WINNER.’ Trump gives Barry Moore his ‘Complete and Total Endorsement.’”

The 30-second spot is running in media markets across the state and is the first step in the Moore campaign’s plan to expand its paid media effort.

“President Trump’s endorsement means a great deal to me, and it says a lot about the direction of this race,” Moore said.

“We’re seeing incredible momentum because Alabamians want a Senator who will stand with President Trump, fight for conservative values, and never forget where he came from. This campaign is powered by hardworking people all across our state, and this first ad is just the beginning.”

Since announcing his bid for the seat being vacated by U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn), Moore has made his ties to the White House a central focus of his campaign.

As he did in his debut video spot, Moore is often reminding voters supporters that he was the first elected official in the nation to endorse then-candidate Trump at a 2015 rally at Mobile’s Ladd-Peebles Stadium.

The Republican primary is set for May 19, 2026 — now 99 days away.
