U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) thinks that in the wake of U.S. military action against Iran, America should protect itself from the “death cult” of Radical Islam by deporting anyone who supports the dangerous ideology.
This week, Tuberville took to the Senate floor in support of President Donald Trump’s actions to destroy Iran’s nuclear capabilities and eliminate the terrorist Ayatollah. During the speech he also called for anyone who practices Sharia Law to be deported immediately.
“I’ve come to the floor several times over the past few months to sound the alarm about the serious threat that radical Islam poses to the United States of America,” Tuberville said.
“Unfortunately, we’re seeing that play out in real time. Now that what’s happening over in Iran. I’ve discussed many times radical Islam is not a religion. It’s a death cult. And it’s a political ideology that encourages Muslims to kill all infidels. In simple terms, that means Americans and Christians.”
Tuberville said the threat isn’t just contained in countries overseas.
“[F]or those of us who are in the homeland, we must stay vigilant because the truth is the threat of radical Islam isn’t confined to the Middle East any longer,” he explained. “Under Joe Biden, thousands of radical Islamic terrorists illegally entered our country. We have no idea how many terrorists are here.”
Late last year, the senator filed a two bill package on the issue: The No Sharia Act and the Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act.
“If you want to come here legally, peacefully, practice your religion, and blend into our society by adopting the treasured American values of life, liberty in the pursuit of happiness, you are welcome to do so,” he said. “That’s what this country is all about.
“But if you believe that Sharia law supersedes American law, our constitution, and that it is righteous to kill Americans, you should be deported pronto,” he added. “Sharia law is anti-American and has no place in a free society. Yet, we’re seeing US towns and cities starting to enforce elements of Sharia law itself. Towns in Minnesota, Michigan, New Jersey, now allowed daily Islamic calls to prayer to be blasted on speakers in public places.”
Tuberville also said this is another reason why Democrats need to make a deal to fund the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as soon as possible.
“Well, I have news for you. The enemies are inside the gates. They’re here. It gets past time that we reopen the Department of Homeland Security, deporting every single terrorist who is living in this country and there are thousands,” he argued. “If we don’t take a stand now, our way of life, our Christian values, our freedoms and our national identity are gone. It’s gonna be over.”
