People keep acting like Barry Moore’s military record is questionable or controversial, but there is something strange happening.

Jared Hudson is not directly making the biggest accusation.

This is similar to the way the media attacks U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville and President Donald Trump.

Instead, Hudson’s surrogates and online voices seem more comfortable making arguments than the candidate himself.

That does not mean Barry Moore should avoid questions.

He should explain everything clearly and directly.

But if people believe he is lying about being a veteran, then own the argument and make it openly.

Politics has enough implications, and not enough direct answers.
