Bradley Arant Boult Cummings announced 16 Huntsville attorneys have been recognized for 2023 “The Best Lawyers in America” list, including three attorneys named Best Lawyers: “Ones to Watch in America”. Two Huntsville attorneys were named Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” in two different practice areas.

The “Best Lawyers in America” is one of the most highly regarded attorney referral publications in the country.
The “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America” list recognizes attorneys who have been in practice for less than 10 years and exhibit outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the U.S.
Attorneys are selected for Best Lawyers through peer reviews. Lawyers are not permitted to pay a fee to participate or be recognized. The 2023 edition is based on 12.2 million evaluations recognizing more than 71,000 attorneys.
The attorneys recognized in Best Lawyers for 2023 include Hall B. Bryant III, L. Justin Burney, Frank M. Caprio, Stephen H. Hall, Angela Holt, and Benjamin W. Hutton. Also named were Daniel Kaufmann, David Vance Lucas, Scott E. Ludwig, Kimberly B. Martin, George A. Smith II, Scott Burnett Smith, and H. Harold Stephens.
L. Justin Burney was selected Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year and Stephen H. Hall was named Intellectual Property Lawyer of the Year.
Ryan J. Letson, Harold D. Mooty III and Sarah Sutton Osborne were listed as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for 2023.
