The NFL Draft has come and went. And while there were not a ton of Alabama players selected — at least relative to past drafts — there were seven former Crimson Tide stars who found there way onto boards and were selected throughout the weekend.
Things got started on Thursday night with two first round picks to extend the streak of consecutive drafts with a first round pick to an NCAA record 17 years.
All-American guard Tyler Booker went No. 12 to the Dallas Cowboys while linebacker Jihaad Campbell went No. 31 to the Philadelphia Eagles.
After the first round, the Tide had to wait until the third round to have their next player taken, but it was worth the wait with one of the best moments of the draft.
The Seattle Seahawks used the No. 92 overall pick on Jalen Milroe and the pick was announced by former Alabama and Seahawks star running back Shaun Alexander:

Milroe was the only Tide player selected on the second night, however it was a busy day three in Tuscaloosa with four more players being drafted on Saturday.
In the fourth round with the No. 130 overall pick, the New York Jets would select former captain and standout safety Malachi Moore:

In the fifth round with the No. 175 overall pick, tight end Robbie Ouzts — who is transitioning to fullback at the next level — joined his former quarterback Jalen Milroe and was drafted by Seattle:

The next generation of Crimson Tide legends to transition to the NFL has arrived and with some really nice landing spots to boot.
Alabama fans across the state will surely be following closely to see whether or not these seven stars can become just that in the NFL as well.
