GOOD: Alabama is seeing a drop in students because of the CHOOSE Act and self-deportations

Teacher associations are concerned about how the decline in student enrollment in Alabama public schools will impact their jobs. They are right to worry, as there will likely be a reduction in teaching jobs.

The public education system is not a jobs program, but some of those discussing this believe that it is.
