On Wednesday in Birmingham, the former president’s son, Donald Trump, Jr. and fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle, raised more than $1 million for the 2024 presidential frontrunner’s election campaign. Don Jr.’s successful visit to Alabama was hosted by Bart and Danielle Yancey at their Mountain Brook home. The Yanceys, along with fundraiser co-hosts Cliff and Megan Sims, have a longstanding personal friendship with Trump’s oldest, Don Jr.
Maggie Haberman of the New York Times first referenced the impressive, one-day haul from the event in a post, which has since been verified by those involved.
On the Trump fundraising circuit, Donald Trump Jr. and Kim Guilfoyle today headlined what's said to be a seven-figure fundraising in Alabama hosted by Trump ally and former senior DNI official Cliff Sims, as Trump heads west for a San Francisco event.

The event drew a large crowd of donors, Alabama politicos like Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth, Republican candidates, including 2nd Congressional District nominee Caroleene Dobson, and national party figures, including U.S. Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN), who also delivered remarks at the event.
Don Jr. is ramping up his fundraising efforts from coast to coast, and is reportedly very pleased with the totals brought in from their stop in Alabama on Wednesday.
Donald Trump’s campaign raised $141 million in the month of May, ahead of the November 5, 2024 general election.
