DeBoer’s final word: ‘I like where we’re at and we’re not done yet’

The Alabama Crimson Tide’s season is on the line this week as they head to Baton Rouge with two losses on the year to face a motivated LSU Tigers team in the exact same situation.

As Kalen DeBoer’s first season coaching the Tide has seen some serious both ups and downs, this game is an opportunity to salvage the season and put Alabama on a prime track towards locking up a spot in the College Football Playoff.

DeBoer made his weekly appearance on the ‘Hey Coach’ radio program and spoke with tremendous confidence about the matchup coming out of the bye week:

“It’s kinda felt like forever since we’ve played. Even though it wasn’t that long ago, the guys are chomping at the bit to get back on the football field and continue to be rewarded for the work that they have put in,” DeBoer said. “I expect us to be well prepared and ready to go on Saturday. From everything I’ve seen, I like where we’re at and we’re not done yet.”

Everything kicks off from Tiger Stadium under the lights at 6:30 p.m. CST.
