Former Alabama Crimson Tide superstar running back Shaun Alexander made a big announcement this week to go along with his huge family.

According to the man himself, during an appearance with Kay Adams’ Up and Adams show, Alexander and his wife, Valerie Alexander, are expecting their 14th child.

“We’re just now starting to tell people,” the 2005 NFL MVP began. “…but number 14 is in the belly.”

The newest Alexander will join siblings Heaven, Trinity, Eden, Joseph, Justus, Temple, Honor, Jedidiah, Eternity, Hosanna, Hope, and Judea. In 2017, the couple tragically lost their daughter, Torah, just 70 days after she was born.

During his Alabama career, Shaun Alexander rushed for over 3,500 yards and 41 touchdowns, making him third all-time for the program behind only Najee Harris and Derrick Henry as well as 4th in touchdowns behind the same pair as well as Mark Ingram.

Once he got to the NFL, he kept on dominating with nearly 10,000 rushing yards and exactly 100 touchdowns over nine seasons as well 1,880 and 27 touchdowns to claim the MVP in 2005.
