AL-5 hopeful Wardynski slams James Comey, ‘incompetent disaster’ Biden in TV ad

Retired U.S. Army Colonel Casey Wardynski, Republican candidate for Alabama’s fifth congressional district, on Thursday released his campaign’s second television advertisement of the 2022 GOP primary election cycle.

According to Wardynski’s campaign, the ad is backed with a “significant” cable and broadcast buy.

In the 30-second spot, titled “Accountable,” Wardynski takes aim at former FBI Director James Comey and President Joe Biden. The ad also features the candidate pledging to combat the Biden administration’s progressive policies.

“James Comey and liberals tried overturning Trump’s presidency,” says Wardynski in the ad. “He and agencies involved need to be held accountable. I’m Casey Wardynski — Trump’s assistant secretary of the Army, 30-year veteran and retied Army colonel. Now we have Joe Biden — an incompetent disaster wrecking America. In Congress, I’ll shut down his policies and enforce deportation of illegals, end socialism, spending and debt that are causing crushing inflation, and stop Democrats from stealing elections again.”

In a statement accompanying the ad release, Wardynski campaign manager Chad Niblett declared that the candidate would be a “conservative warrior” as a member of Congress.

“Voters in North Alabama know that Casey Wardynski is a solid Trump conservative who served as his Assistant Secretary of the Army, fought the swamp, and will be a conservative warrior for our Alabama values,” proclaimed Niblett. “Casey Wardynski is the only candidate in this race who has actually taken on liberals to further the America First agenda: stopping critical race theory at West Point, helping build Trump’s border wall, and fighting the woke cancel culture. North Alabama and our nation cannot afford to send any more weak-kneed career politicians to Congress.”
