7 Things: Trump indicted; Biden allegedly bribed; Alabama shellacked by SCOTUS; and more …

7. Add Cracker Barrel to the list of companies that just have to tell you how woke they are when no one ever asked.

6. Joran van der Sloot, the accused murderer of Natalie Halloway, convicted murderer of Stephany Flores, and accused extortionist, is now in the state of Alabama to face the music for extorting Beth Halloway of $25,000 in exchange for the location of her daughter’s body.

5. U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) was right, schools are a mess and the children can not read. Maybe a few more record Education Trust Fund budgets will do the job?

4. Alabama loses before the Supreme Court and will see its 7 congressional districts redrawn in a special session, barring some legal wrangling from Attorney General Steve Marshall. Marshall declared, “this case is not over” and plans to keep fighting at trial. If the state loses, it could change the look of the Alabama congressional delegation.

3. President Joe Biden laughed off the idea that there was a bribe from Ukraine on the same day the members of Congress were given access to a document showing his no-good crackhead kid was working to influence U.S. officials to drop prosecutions in Ukraine.

2. President Donald Trump has been formally charged by a federal grand jury with seven criminal offenses related to his improper handling of over 100 classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida last year. This indictment marks a significant milestone as Trump becomes the first former president, who has been impeached twice, to confront federal criminal charges.

1. The response to the latest Donald Trump indictment amongst Republicans is pretty clear, the DOJ is out of control. Whether one of his presidential opponents or U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn), the Republican Party seems to back Trump in this fight and believes Biden’s administration is clearly corrupt.
