Auburn has set its annual Fan Day for Saturday August 19 from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. It will be held at the Indoor Practice Facility and Field House at the Auburn Athletics Complex.

Fan Day always provides a unique experience for Tiger Fans to get excited for the upcoming seasons, as sports fans of all ages don their orange and blue in support for the tigers. Eager fans can have their pictures taken with players and coaches from the football, volleyball, and soccer programs, and the beloved mascot Aubie will also make an appearance.

With SEC media days behind them just a month and a half to go before kickoff, the football program will most definitely be the talk of Fan Day. Auburn fans hope that the tigers can improve on a fairly successful 8-5 season last year that placed them 2nd in the SEC west and earned them a trip to the Sugar Bowl. As the season nears, three names will be the talk of all fans: Kerryon Johnson, Tre’ Williams, and Jarrett Stidham. Kerryon Johnson finished last season with 895 yards and 11 touchdowns even though he was hindered by a few late season injuries. Tre’ Williams rose to the occasion on defense, racking up 67 tackles as he lead one of Auburn’s better defenses in the past few years. The six-foot-nine newcomer from Baylor, Jarret Stidham, has been the talk of the off-season, as fans wonder if he will be the solution to Auburn’s quarterback woes. These three guys will be in the spotlight not only on Fan Day, but leading up to Auburn’s first game against Georgia-Southern on September 2nd.
