The pranksters of The Magic of Rahat YouTube Channel have become well known online for their antics in fast food restaurant drive-throughs, but this week they decided to put the shenanigans aside and help a man in need.
Rahat, the channel’s host, recently began noticing a homeless man hanging out near a local shopping center.
“From what people have told me, he’s a nice and respectable guy,” Rahat said. So he decided to do something special for him.
Rather than just giving him money, Rahat gave the homeless man a “winning lottery ticket” and offered to drive him to the gas station to redeem it. Clearly skeptical, the homeless man came long.
In reality, the lottery ticket was not a winner, but Rahat had gotten the store clerk in on it. When the homeless man handed the ticket to the clerk, he told him “congratulations” and counted out $1,000.
The story could end right there, but it’s what the homeless man did after receiving the money that really steals the show.
“I want to share it,” he said, fighting back tears. “This right here is enough for me. I would like to share it with you.”
