Travel to the Kinneret- Sea of Galilee area

Church of the Beatitudes and Capernaum: We will be visiting the site of Jesus’s Sermon on the Mount and the small village on the shores of the Sea of Galilee where Jesus preached in the synagogue.

Sea of Galilee: The Kinneret, Israel’s primary water source, is receding because of years of drought. The Kinneret is of supreme strategic importance as it is the only fresh water lake in Israel. We will sail from the port of Tiberias to Ein Gev and hear from an expert on Israel’s water issues.

Lunch at Ein Gev
